Broiled Squirrel

Squirrels, cleaned, drawn, skinned and dressed
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder (optional)
Butter
Lemon juice

Rub squirrels with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brush with melted butter. Broil in preheated oven for 40 minutes, turning and basting with melted butter frequently. When squirrels are done to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve with a gravy made from the drippings.
